It's been a great start to 2017! In January my short play POSITIVE THINGS was performed as part of Top Trumps at Theatre503, alongside a fascinating series of talk-backs about Trump's first 100 days in power. In February, Jess Chayes received a 2017 Next Stages Drama League residency to workshop my play INTELLIGENCE and further develop its semi-immersive staging. This month Grace Oberhofer was awarded an Opera America Discovery Grant, which will enable us to continue collaborating with director Colette Robert on our trilogy of choral plays, ICONS/IDOLS.
